Apprise.life was founded by Demetriah Annenayah, a systems thinker, facilitator, and strategist whose work focuses on helping women recalibrate their lives, leadership, and prosperity through embodied, cyclical, and practical design.
With over two decades of experience guiding women through identity transitions, burnout recovery, leadership evolution, and purpose realignment, Demetriah developed Sacred Feminine Design™ as a response to what she saw missing in both personal development and leadership spaces: integration.
Her work bridges structure and embodiment—bringing together nervous system regulation, relational intelligence, decision-making frameworks, and real-world leadership application. Rather than teaching ideology, she designs environments where clarity becomes embodied and sustainable change can occur.
Demetriah is known for creating high-integrity containers—from immersive retreats to executive leadership experiences—where women are supported without being fixed, and empowered without being overwhelmed.
