The front door opened before I reached the porch. No cold introductions, just open arms, a warm hug, and another woman laughing as she confessed her own hands were shaking on the drive over. Later, curled onto an oversized sectional with tea in hand, the real work began. Introductions weren't about job titles; they were about what we were leaving behind.

The 1.5 Day Reset Reactor Intensive Residency™ is the compression threshold of the Residency.

Apprise.life was founded by Demetriah Annenayah, a systems thinker, facilitator, and strategist whose work focuses on helping women recalibrate their lives, leadership, and prosperity through embodied, cyclical, and practical design.
With over two decades of experience guiding women through identity transitions, burnout recovery, leadership evolution, and purpose realignment, Demetriah developed Sacred Feminine Design™ as a response to what she saw missing in both personal development and leadership spaces: integration.
Her work bridges structure and embodiment—bringing together nervous system regulation, relational intelligence, decision-making frameworks, and real-world leadership application. Rather than teaching ideology, she designs environments where clarity becomes embodied and sustainable change can occur.
Demetriah is known for creating high-integrity containers—from immersive retreats to executive leadership experiences—where women are supported without being fixed and empowered without being overwhelmed.
