You do not need to stay at the residence to attend the Intensive In-person Reset Reactor Rhythm. Our San Diego experience has a limited number of Day Intensive Passports available for $149. *Intensive Meal Sold Separately. Limit 9 Sacred Women.
You join us at 11:00 AM for check-in and the meet-and-greet with our Residents, with the formal Intensive running from 12:00 PM until approximately 6:00 PM.
Your day includes the Week Three Evidence OS™, nervous system Reset breakout experiences, Week Four Recognition OS™, group integration, light refreshments, closing ceremony, and sisterhood experience.
Day Intensive participants arrange their own lodging and transportation and are invited to depart by 7:00 PM, when the evening returns to the Reset Reactor Residency Bonus Evening Experience.

What Happens at the San Diego 36-Hour
Reset Reactor Intensive Residency™
Septemeber 11–13, 2026
DAY 1: THE OVERRIDE BEGINS
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Unpacking the Unseen Weight - Who has been making your decisions? We don't dissect this theoretically; we trace where your dominant identity is. The Achiever, the Overgiver, the Hyper-Independent, or the Self-Abandoner, silently steering your life decisions across your Love, Sex, and Money.
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM | The Table & The Private Blueprint - Even with the steam rising from our dinner plates, Demetriah Annenayah maps our nervous system triggers under pressure, then pulls each of us aside one by one. In my private 1-on-1 strategy session, she pinpoints the exact survival rule driving my behavior and helps me build a personalized, repeatable system I will carry for the rest of my life. I go to bed with my lungs fully open, knowing precisely how to interrupt the loop before it starts.
DAY 2: EVIDENTIARY PROOF & EXPANSION
8 AM | Unfiltered Morning Truths - Morning coffee hits differently when you no longer have to perform because bright and early we begin tracking real-time evidence, checking those receipts for new thought, a quiet clarity, a body response fully recognized, and a decision made without the old survival identity running the show.
11:30 AM – 12 PM | The Circle Expands - The Intensive Day begins, bringing fresh, expectant energy into our sanctum from the non-resident participants. The circle expands, giving us the immediate, safe container to practice our new boundaries and open posture in real time. Demetriah leads us into the next phases of the Reset Reactor Rhythm, where we develop our own internal translations into living physical evidence.
2 PM – 3 PM | Somatic Breakouts & Release - We split into two intimate breakout groups, grab a light fruit snack, and dive into targeted somatic work. Through two distinct 30-minute rotation sessions, my body receives direct, physical proof that it can remain calm and safe while choosing a completely different response under pressure.
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Recognition & Integration - Here is where the truth lies; this isn't about chasing a future or a better version of yourself. It’s about recognizing the woman who already showed up today, the woman who is committed, ready, passionate, determined, seeking and growing. With one question, which Identity is your truth?
7:00 PM – LATE | The Unwinding & Private Podcast Panel
The notebooks close, the Intensive guests depart, and the residence returns to us. Dinner is unhurried and full of cathartic laughter as we celebrate our new baselines. Tonight, our cohort gathers for something extraordinarily rare: sitting as guest panelists for a private, intimate podcast recording capturing our raw, unscripted truth about what it actually feels like to step permanently out of an old identity.

With over two decades of experience guiding women through identity transitions, burnout recovery, leadership evolution, and purpose realignment, Demetriah developed Sacred Feminine Design™ as a response to what she saw missing in both personal development and leadership spaces: integration.
Her work bridges structure and embodiment—bringing together nervous system regulation, relational intelligence, decision-making frameworks, and real-world leadership application. Rather than teaching ideology, she designs environments where clarity becomes embodied and sustainable change can occur.
